Measurement & Design
We start by measuring your bathroom space and plumbing locations, then decide on size, style (single or double sink, drawers, doors), height, depth, and features. From there we create detailed drawings and a cut list, and you choose your wood, hardware, and finish.
Building Your Vanity
We cut carcass panels, face frame pieces, doors, and drawer fronts to exact sizes. The main box is built with pocket screws or dados, with a back panel for squareness and internal supports for sinks or heavy countertops. Drawer boxes are assembled with soft-close slides, and doors are built in your chosen style: Shaker, slab, or custom.
Finishing & Installation
All surfaces are sanded smooth before primer, paint, stain, or clear coat is applied. We install knobs and pulls, then level and secure the vanity to your wall studs for a precision fit that looks like it was always meant to be there.
